Julie is dedicated to
her personal growth as both a yoga teacher and student. She is a 200-hour teacher certified yoga teacher, having graduated
from a Yoga Alliance certified program, and is currently working on completing her certification as a Maternity Fitness Professional.
Through her training she
has studied a variety of Hatha Yoga styles, including Ashtanga, Baptiste (Power), Iyengar, Kripalu and Forrest. Julie blends
these various styles into a unique yoga class focused on building strength, increasing flexibility, calming the mind, looking
within and enabling you to push past your edges.
The great thing about
yoga is that there is always a new edge to push past and an ever deepening into the posture. She is excited to share with
you the experience of being present and going deep, not just going strong, but letting go and really sinking in to all the
wonderfulness that can be found within while on the mat.
