Meditation 101

Come and be empowered as you learn the tools you can use to create the life you want and deserve! We will show you how to raise your own energetic vibration so you can receive messages from your guides and angels. Finally learn the tools on how to meditate successfully every time!  

 A typical class consists of a guided meditation, teaching, & discussion on how to receive and interpret messages from your guides and angels. The meditations are  suitable for beginners as well as the experienced.

You will learn how to create your own personal sanctuary, meet your spirit guides & angels. Each class is self-contained so feel free to join at any time!
